Module manager

You can easier managed modules in module manager: Extensions > Module Manager:


1. Buttons on the top right:
Enable - enable module.
Disable - disable module.
Copy - copy module.
Detele - delete module.
Edit - edit module.
New - create new module.
Help - do not use it.

2. Module filter tools:
Filter - write the module name and click the button Go - system will show modules. If you click button Reset, system will delete all filter parameters and you will see all list.
Select Tamplate - do not use it.
Select position - you can filter all modules in one position, example left.
Select type - you can filter all modules, which have the same type.
Select State - you can filter modules according status (active or passive).

3. Modules ordering tools:
Module name - pressing the name you can sorted modules by title (AZ or ZA).
Enabled - ordering module according activation: active on the top.
Order - ordering module according ordering by number.
Access level - ordering module according access.
Position - ordering module according position.
Pages - ordering module according pages.
Type - ordering module according type.
ID - ordering module according ID.

4. Fast module manager:
Module name - click the name and system will open the module page.
Enabled - click on symbol and change module activation: enable, disable.
Order - use Up and down arrows to change the module order in the list.
Access - click and change module access.

 

Module inside management

There are some fields, which are the same in all modules:

1. Buttons on the top right:
Save - save module changes and close the module page.
Apply - apply changes, but do not close the module page.
Close - close the module page without changes.
Help - do not use.

2. Details:
Module type - system shows the module type.
Title - write module name.
Show title - if module name must be shown, tick Yes.
Enabled - if module must be active, tick Yes.
Position - select module position.
Order - select module, after which must be shown new module.
Access level - public - module will be shown for all user; registered - module will be shown for registered users.

3. Menu assignment:
All - tick this, if you want, that your module will be displayed in all pages.
None - tick this, if you want, that your module will not be shown.
Select menu items from the list - tick this, if you want to tick special menu pages (where will be shown the module).
