After Omniva activation:
Post24 integration is free, but you must to have contract and pay for their service. |
If you want to use integration, please contact Omniva and make contract. If you have contract, please contact Omniva manager and ask account data into weblabel.
! You can use integration, if your product has weight in product information. Additional buyer must enter ZIP code, correct phone number.
! Omniva terminal has 30 kg weight limit. If you enter the products weight and total basket weight exceeds 30 kg, the buyer will not see the option terminal delivery.
1. Activate Omniva integration
1. Check the plugin: Extensions > Plugin Manager > filter plugin Carrier - Post24 > plugin must be active (in the row green tick)
2. Enter the Post24 data: Site > Control Panel > icon Freeshop > icon Global configuration > left menu Shippint > click Post24 > fill in all fields:
Post24 sender ID, Post24 password - you will get this information from your Post24 manager
Post24 service - write PA
Ready to ship state - select the order status
Packing and handling fee - write the delivery price
Enable free shipping - tick Yes, if you have this rule
Enable free shipping from - write cart sum for free shipping
Tax rate - select the tax rate
Post24 service must be PA. Please do not use other services, because not all is active.

2. Activate Post24 terminal
Post24 terminal - package is send from one terminal (box) to other terminal (box). Client take the package by himself. The package limit is 30 kg. If you want to use terminal services, you must to fill in product wight in the product information.
How to activate?
Site > Control Panel > icon Freeshop > icon Shipping > click red icon in the row "Post24" - the Shipping method name you can change.
! Try to buy something and check the checkout steps. You must see all Shipping methods and rates.
3. How Post24 integration is working?
When you will change order status like in Post24 integration, you will find the new line for label in Post24 orders list:
3.1. Site > Control Panel > icon Freeshop > icon Post24 orders
3.2. Click Post24 order ID (number)
3.3. Fill in the fields:
Parcel count: fill in the parcel number;
Services: select Post24 service type.
Click icon Create order.

4.4. If the order information is incorrect, you will see the error massage. The message inform you, what needs to be corrected - it can be product weight, zip code or other information. After changes, repeat 3.2 and 3.3 steps.
! ZIP code must be without LV letters.
If everything is okay, you will get the label via email.
E-mail you can enter: Site > Control Panel > Edit Store. Print the label and prepare the package for sending. You can bring the package to terminal by yourself or can ask carrier to take it (if carrier service is in contract).
