Data export

Exporter will let you to export products, users and orders in csv files. This tool is useful, when you want to check storage, import user list in newsletter platform or send information to account company about orders.

You can open CSV file via excel program.

! The e-shop system has exporter and importer. Both tools is created separately. Don't import exported file with changes. Please prepare new excel file for import according import rules.

1. Products export

1.1. Site > Control Panel > icon Freeshop > icon Exporter > click link Export products > tick the fields and filter parameters for export

1.2. Tick the box in the row Export to CSV file and click the button Export

You can use product export to check the product quantity in the storage. Later you can prepare excel file with columns: product code (SKU), quantity, date and import it: Site > Control Panel > icon Store Manager > left menu Products > left menu View Inventory > click icon Import on the top right

2. Users export

2.1. Site > Control Panel > icon Freeshop > icon Exporter > click link Export users > tick the fields and filter parameters for export

2.2. Tick the box in the row Export to CSV file and click the button Export

You can use user export for newsletter database. If you use Mailerlite.lt integration, user send to Mailerlite system automatically, if they want to get news.

3. Orders export

3.1. Site > Control Panel > icon Freeshop > icon Exporter > click link Export orders > tick the fields and filter parameters for export

3.2. Tick the box in the row Export to CSV file and click the button Export

You can use orders export for giving information to your accounting company.
