Microsoft Outlook 2003

If you want to add you email box, do the following:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003 (Start->Programs->Microsoft Outlook 2003);

   If the program is opened for the first time and you immediately program depicted the user creation wizard, please go to step 5.

2. In Microsoft Outlook 2003 window, select Tools from the main menu and select E-Mail Accounts (see picture):

   

    

3. In opened new window select Add a new e-mail account (see picture):

   

    

4. Click Next.

5. In opened new window select POP3 (see picture):

   

    

6. After select click Next.

7. In next window fill in the required fields (see picture):

   

   Your name: Your name and / or last name, which will be displayed in your letter;
   E-mail Address Your full e-mail address;
User Name: User name which is used to login to mailbox (it begins web...);
Password: Password which is used to login mailbox;
Incoming mail (POP3) and Outgoing mail (SMTP): in these fields enter you domain name or server name in which is you e store (saule.freeshop.lt or gabija.freeshop.lt);
Note: Enter the web address without the www.

8. Click More Settings.

9. in opened new window choose tab Outgoing Server.

10. Tick on My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

11. Tick Use same settings as my incoming mail server (see picture):

    

     

12. Open tab Advanced.

13. In this tab change Outgoin mail (SMTP) value to 8025 if you store is in saule.freeshop.lt server and 25 if on gabija.freeshop.lt:

    

    Note: if you want to leave emails on server, tick Leave a copy of messages on server.
    Also you can set after how many days messages are deleted from the mail server. Write number of days in option Remove from server after

14. After tick press OK and in other window press Next.

15. System will check your settings and will inform you about successfully entered information (see picture):

    

     

16. To add more e-mail addresses to Microsoft Outlook 2003 follow steps 2-16.
