Outlook Express

If you want to add you email box, do the following:

1. Open Outlook Express (Start->Programs->Outlook Express);

If the program is opened for the first time and you immediately program depicted the user creation wizard, please go to step 5.

2.  In Outlook Express window, select Tools from the main menu and select Accounts (see picture):

3. In opened new window select Mail.

4. In right side there is a button Add, click on it and choose Mail (see picture):

5. Fill in the required fields (see picture):

Display name: Your name and / or last name, which will be displayed in your letter.

6. Afterward click the Next button.

7. In next window fill in the required fields (see picture):

E-mail address: Your full e-mail address.

8. Afterward click the Next button

9. In next window fill in the required fields (see picture):

Incoming mail (POP3) and Outgoing mail (SMTP): in these fields enter you domain name or server name in which is you e store (saule.freeshop.lt or gabija.freeshop.lt) .
Note: Enter the web address without the www.

10. Afterward click the Next button

11. In next window fill in the required fields (see picture):

Account name : user name which is used to login to mailbox (it begins web...);
Password : password which is used to login to mailbox

12. Afterward click the Next button.

13. System will inform about successfully saved data. Press Finish.

14. In the Internet Accounts window on the right side click on the Properties button

15. In opened new window choose tab Advanced.

16. In this tab change Outgoin mail (SMTP) value to 8025 if you store is in saule.freeshop.lt server and 25 if on gabija.freeshop.lt:

Note: if you want to leave emails on server, tick Leave a copy of messages on server.
Also you can set after how many days messages are deleted from the mail server. Write number of days in option Remove from server after

17. Go to tab Servers.

18. On the bottom on option Outgoing Mail Server tick My server requires authentication.

19. On the right side click on the Settings button (see picture):

20. In window Outgoing Mail Server, on option Logon Information tick Use same settings as my incoming mail server (see picture):

21. After tick, press OK. Also press OK on other windows until all windows are closed.

22. To add more email addresses to Outlook Express, follow steps 2-21.
