Update products quantity

You can control the products quantity in the stock. If the product quantity is 0, buyer couldn't add the product to cart. Customer can fill form, that they want to get e-mail, when the product will be in stock.

You can fill and renew product quantity in the product information or in Inventory list.

How to activate stock control?

Site > Control Panel > icon Configuration > tab Global > area Tax Configuration tick the line Virtual Tax > Click the icon Save

How to update the product quantity?

Products quantity you can add:

A. Site > Control Panel > Products list > click the product name > tab Product Status > write the quantity in the line In Stock > click icon Save

B. Site > Control Panel > Store Maneger > left menu Products > View Inventory

B.1. Write the product quantity in column In Stock and click icon Save

B.2. Import product quantity list from excel or csv file: click icon Import > browse your file and fill in other settings, if they are different > click button Update > after changes click Save

! Excel or csv file must have these columns: product code (SKU), quantity and date

Action:
Increase - your quantity from excel plus system quantity
Decrease - system quantity minus your quantity from excel
Set quantity - import quantity from excel or csv

Default Date - import date
Upload file - browse and upload your file
Fyle type - tick excel or csv
Fields - write the fiel number in your file

! You can update product quantity or add new products.
